產品保養及維修


歐達傢俱有限公司(以下稱為“本公司”)保證旗下茲曼尼梳化的內結構(木架及彈簧功能機件)若被發現有因生產不當所造成的缺陷,依據下列保用條款,本公司將隨梳化附上保用資訊卡,已於保用登記網頁登記的顧客及其收貨地址內的茲曼尼梳化,將可獲由本公司提供由收貨日起為期十年的免費內結構維修服務。所有電動機件享有三年之免費維修服務。

■ 顧客在收貨後,需隨梳化附上的保用資訊卡內的二維碼自行登記保用服務,便可享用有關產品之內結構 (木架及彈簧功能機件)免費維修服務。

■ 如顧客於保用期內懷疑梳化之木架或彈簧結構有問題,請先致電客戶服務熱線 (852) 2688 2072,以便作出安排。

■ 梳化其他部份例如: 皮或布料、縫線、海綿或化纖棉類、梳化腳等都不包括在保用範圍內。如需維修或上門檢查需另外收費。

■ 保用範圍不包括有被不合理使用、不恰當或疏忽清理、搬運、正常之日久使用引致的損耗、天然或人為意外或災禍、或有被任何非本公司指定技術人員修理或改裝過的情況。

■ 因應需要,本公司有權選擇在用戶家中或把產品送回本公司廠房進行維修。

■ 保用只適用於香港以內的地區。

■ 除本公司所發出之保用證外,任何商號及人士發出之保用證書均不為本公司所認可。

■ 保用範圍只限產品,如被用於非家居地點或工、商業用途,將不在保用之列。

■ 如非本公司指定內結構保用之產品,即使用戶於保用登記網頁向本公司登記,都不會獲得十年內結構保用。

■ 如梳化使用地址與正式購貨發票上之地址不一致,此保用服務則不會生效。

■ 如客戶需要搬遷梳化,

i. 須安排由本公司之職員代為搬遷方可繼續享有保用。 或

ii.自行搬遷後安排本公司職員上門檢查梳化無問題後方可繼續享有保用。如自行搬遷後上門檢查發現需要維修,則維修後才可繼續享有保用,而該維修服務及所有零件需另外收費。

而以上服務均須另外收費。梳化經搬遷後將會繼續餘下之保用期。(梳化之保用期於第一次收貨日期計起。)


本公司會因應顧客所提出有關該產品出現的結構性問題而作檢驗。經檢驗後,本公司會全權決定該梳化是否適用於保用範圍並保留最終決定權。經確認後,本公司會全權決定修理或更換有問題之產品。本公司保留最終修訂此保用條款及細則之權利。


Warranty & Repair


Arredamenti Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as Company) guarantees that if the internal constructions (namely wooden frame and springs mechanism) of its Giormani sofas contain manufacturing defects, Company will offer a 10-year free maintenance service (internal structure) to ONLY the owner who registered on the warranty website and the address where the aforesaid sofa allocated in accordance with the record on the purchase invoice, starting from the date of delivery, based on the following terms and conditions. For the electronic mechanisms, a 3-year free maintenance service will be offered.

■ End user is obligated to scan the QR code on the Warranty Information Card and register warranty online.

■ If any repair is necessary, please call our customer service hotline (852) 2688 2072 for service.

■ This warranty does not apply to other parts of the sofa, such as leather or fabrics, sewing threads, foams or fibers or dacron, sofa legs, etc. Extra cost will be charged for such repairing or on-site checking.

■ The warranty shall not apply to the defects or damages from improper use or maintenance, negligence, relocation, normal wearing out after continuous use, natural disasters or accidents. This warranty and repair service will also be voided when the product has been moved or repaired by any person not authorized by Company.

■ Company reserves the right to decide the repair service to be taken place at the end user's premise or the factory.

■ The warranty is valid in Hong Kong ONLY.

■ Any Warranty Information Card other than attached on the sofa issued by unauthorized entities will not be recognized by Company.

■ The warranty shall not apply to commercial, contract, rental trade, institutional, or other non-residential usage.

■ If the sofa is not designated by Company to be covered by this warranty program, the warranty will not be effective even the end users registered the warranty online.

■ If the delivery address recorded on the original copy of the purchase invoice is not the same as the end user's premise, the warranty will be invalid.

■ If the end user need to relocate the sofa,

i. The warranty will continuously being valid provided that the sofa is relocated by our company's authorized staff, or 

ii. The warranty will continuously being valid provided that the sofa has been checked on-site and confirmed in good conditions at the new location by our authorized staff after relocation by other party. If the sofa needs repairing, there will be surcharged on the on-site repairing service and parts. The warranty will be valid afterwards.

Extra cost will be charged for the above services. The warranty period will be carried on from the original one, namely from the date of the first time delivery, after relocation.

■ In case, there is discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail unless otherwise stated.


Company will examine the structural and manufacturing defects of the sofa products as alleged by a customer. After examination of the sofa product, Company shall determine in its sole discretion whether the claim is valid under the warranty. All decisions by Company shall be final. Subject to confirmation that the warranty shall apply, Company shall in its sole discretion either repair or replace a defective product. All decisions of Company shall be final.
